These are the 6 companies participating in the V Edition of Open Innovation 4.0 Asturias. Each of them has identified a challenge in the framework of Industry 4.0 and it is also open for you to present new opportunities under the “open challenge” modality…. Decide if you can help them!
To help you better understand the technological challenges and their context, and to be able to fine-tune the proposed solution, we have scheduled an online session with the corporates on May 5th between 9:30 and 13:00 (CEST).
5TH MAY 2022
9:30 Institutional welcome.
Borja Sánchez, Minister of Science, Innovation and University of the Principality of Asturias
Enrique Fernández, Minister of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion.
9:40 Open Innovation 4.0 program. Application process & phases
Eva Pando, Managing Director of IDEPA.
Cristina Fanjul, Managing Director of the CEEI.
10:00 Presentation and explanation of challenges(*)
(*)After each challenge presentation a Questions&Answers round will be open.
13:30 End of the session
Research groups, entrepreneurs, start-ups and young innovative and/or technology-based companies established after 01/01/2011 can apply proposing their solutions in the form of products, services or projects in some of the challenges identified by the corporates.
In any case, the limit of solutions for applicant is 3, just one solution per challenge.
The program is open to participants from any national and international geographic area.
There are two types of participation: on an individual basis, in which the applicant is a single participant, either a company or a natural person (entrepreneur, researcher) or a consortium in which one of the members will act on behalf of the others and must therefore manage the sending of the application. Companies participating in the consortium will also be subject to the eligibility requirements described above.
The possibility of applying for funding for the development of projects in Phase 3 of implementation – articulated through a future call for public aid from IDEPA – will require, however, that the company be incorporated and have a registered office or work centre in Asturias.
Phase 2:
Phase 3:
The deadline is May 23RD at 14.00 (CEST) to send your solution to a maximum of three challenges. To do this, you must do so by completing the form, including the following documentation:
Applications that do not submit all documentation or do not comply with the established requirements will be rejected.
