APPLY

WHO CAN PARTICIPE?

Research groups, entrepreneurs, start-ups and young innovative and/or technology-based companies established after 01/01/2011 can apply proposing their solutions in the form of products, services or projects in some of the challenges identified by the corporates.

In any case, the limit of solutions for applicant is 3, just one solution per challenge.

The program is open to participants from any national and international geographic area.

There are two types of participation: on an individual basis, in which the applicant is a single participant, either a company or a natural person (entrepreneur, researcher) or a consortium in which one of the members will act on behalf of the others and must therefore manage the sending of the application. Companies participating in the consortium will also be subject to the eligibility requirements described above.

The possibility of applying for funding for the development of projects in Phase 3 of implementation – articulated through a future call for public aid from IDEPA – will require, however, that the company be incorporated and have a registered office or work centre in Asturias.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER APPLICANTS IF THEY ARE SELECTED?

Phase 2:

  • Access to the incubation and acceleration program managed by CEEI Asturias and with the support of the Government of the Principality through IDEPA for the design and definition of the solution. It will be articulated in working sessions whose schedule will be made known at the beginning of the programme.
  • Mentors and experts in the areas of work and business.
  • Possibility of implementation in the company of technologies, services and products developed by the company.

Phase 3:

  • For the implementation of the project, the startup will play the role of technological provider. There will be the possibility of applying for funding through the IDEPA specific grant call: 2nd semester 2021, with an estimated project execution period of 1 year.
  • Implementation of the technologies, services and products developed by the company to obtain a validation of the solution in a reference tractor company.
  • Possibility of access to additional financing for scaling of the solution.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?

The deadline is May 23RD at 14.00 (CEST) to send your solution to a maximum of three challenges. To do this, you must do so by completing the  form, including the following documentation:

  • Project report, with a maximum of 10 pages. (Download here)
  • In the case of companies already incorporated in Spain, entry in the Mercantile Register or corresponding register, and in the case of individual entrepreneurs, document justifying registration in the special regime for self-employed workers (RETA). For companies from other countries, they must send the relevant documentation that justify the incorporation of the company.

Applications that do not submit all documentation or do not comply with the established requirements will be rejected.
